BUILDING UP THE SCRAMBLER

Scrambler load

This is where the build up begins. There is just a heap of parts on the truck

Centre

First thing to do is to lift the centre down and adjust it as level as possible. This is done by placing solid timber under the legs.

Sweeps

The radial arms are mounted to the centre.

The sweeps are mounted

Note the lights, that are already in place

Centre lights

The centre lights are lifted down in one bundle and are opened.

Drive shaft

Drive shaft is being installed.

Engine

The engine is lifted down and installed at the end of the shaft.

Supports for the cars

Supports for the cars are set up.

The frame is ready

Cars are lifted down

Car closed

Car is already attached to the ride, but it's not opened yet.

Car opened

The car is now opened. The Scrambler is now fully operational. Only fences need to be erected around the ride.
